Equipment Placement is Key

The SERVPRO brand is not like any other restoration company. Our headquarters has developed a program call DryBook. Now DryBook is a tool that our technicians use out in the field on their iPads. This program will calculate the measurements that our technicians enter into the system in order to get the validation of equipment that needs to be placed.

In the before photo you can see that this is a Kitchen with Tile flooring and wood cabinets. In the after photo you can see that we placed 1 dehumidifier and 4 to 6 air movers in the room in order to assist with air flow and pulling the moisture from the kitchen cabinets.

All drying logs are being recorded then provided to the insured or their insurance company. Our program follows all IICRC S500 Standards for mitigation.
