Commercial Fire Loss

Weeks leading up to our newest Hotel here in Columbus, Ga the hotel general contractor called our office after the hotel had a small fire. Now the fire was able to be put out by the local fire department. Although, the fire department did not use water to put out their fire. They used the fire extinguisher and foam to remove the flames. 

Now that this was taken care of there was a lot of SOOT and residue left over. The general contractor explained that they were on a time line and requested that we come out as soon as possible. 

Crews were dispatched within the same day. We started the cleaning process in different stages.

Top to Bottom cleaning

Removing contents (set up their own cleaning stages)

Placed Air Scrubbers

Completed an initial, midway, and final walk-through with the general contactor and owner of the hotel.

The hotel was back up and running for the general contractors next step.
